Mangoes are known as the king of fruits, and during summer, they are available abundantly in the market. Summer is synonymous with ice cream or kulfi, and the combination of mango and kulfi can be truly delightful.

While there are many varieties to enjoy, if you want to savour kulfi in a unique way, try this delightful recipe that combines mango with kulfi. In this version, the kulfi is stuffed inside the mango, offering a rich, delicious taste. It’s not only indulgent but also quite healthy.

Ingredients For Stuffed Mango Kulfi

  • 2 large mangoes
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1 cup makhana (fox nuts)
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 6–7 dates
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 1–2 tsp milk powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe

  1. Soak the almonds, cashews, makhana, oats, and dates in hot milk for 30–40 minutes.
  2. Once soaked, peel the almonds and transfer all the ingredients into a blender jar.
  3. Add milk powder, vanilla extract, mango pulp, and blend everything well until smooth. Add extra milk if needed for consistency.
  4. Take a mango and carefully remove the seed from the centre without slicing it open entirely.
  5. Pour the kulfi mixture into the mango cavity and seal the top with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight.
  6. The next day, remove the plastic wrap, peel the mango, and cut it into slices. Your delicious Stuffed Mango Kulfi is ready to serve.
